This photo taken in our secret-passage route to Mitsuwa. We have no idea how a deer got there. The sign adds an extra bit of irony of how bizarre the secret passage is.

Their registry had tons of pineapple stuff, hence trying to draw them. One big one on the envelope was all I finally managed. Yay!
I think sticking with flowers for Sam's wedding card vs. pineapples worked much better than trying to draw two pineapples in love.
Left: Second attempt; Right: Can't even draw pineapple slices....They look like deranged jaundiced eyes
I hate my handwriting. The flowers were nearly a disaster because I tried using the words as stems for tiny flowers. Tiny flowers are hard to make with the brush size I had. Luckily watercolors are forgiving by just adding more water. Yay!
This actually came out pretty nice if I do say so myself. I watercolored the bag's blank space to look like the invite. Using various shades of orange from my crayola set worked really well, and my calligraphy brush for stems wasn't a disaster. Yay!
