I'm a bigger fan of sole than skate when put on a plate side by side.
Skate's flesh is just too floppy compared to a sole's.
Jon and I traded.
Stone fruit are delicious.
Elastic tart skin.
Juicy bursting flesh.
So much bursting juiciness!
So sweet.
